Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (if applicable)
- Items damaged by misuse
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds
Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
